Hunter v's Hamilton

Hunter v’s Hamilton’s repertoire covers a wide range of tastes for any occasion. For the more intimate setting, they play “unplugged”, songs from both folk and pop genres, with artists ranging from Neil Young, Alex Lloyd, Men At Work, Travis, Oasis, Neil Finn and The Beatles. And when the party gets going, these boys can rock out with the likes of Matchbox Twenty, Pearl Jam, Beck, Grinspoon and INXS.

Both Hunter and Charlie have developed and honed their craft over years of live performances, studio sessions and training at both Newcastle and Tamworth Conservatoriums of Music.

Hunter has over 10 years of solo and band experience. He has played company functions, restaurant settings and weddings. This has led him to being one of the most sought after artists in NSW. The sound of Hunter’s warm, velvety voice, and rhythmical guitar playing is the perfect accompaniment to the awesome sounds of Charlie carving it up on lead guitar and harmonies.

Charlie has spent the last three years touring most parts of NSW with the highly successful Due Haste. While Charlie enjoyed his time fronting this band, he is loving the challenge of working in a different format. And with Hunter v’s Hamilton he is really extending his exceptional abilities as a guitarist/vocalist in a duo format.
